Transit Time International orders: Orders are shipped via Skyward International from our Sherbrooke, QC, Canada facility. Transit time varies from 4 to 7 business days depending on your location. Orders received before 10:30 AM EST will ship the same day (Monday thru Friday). If ever there is a problem with your order we will quickly contact you via e-mail. Confirmation: International orders will receive an automated confirmation just after placing the order and a second one to confirm that your order has been shipped.
