Returns And Repairs

 

Arkel makes the best panniers in the world, but maybe the bags are not what you expected, you've changed your mind, or a trip has been canceled. We understand that it is not always easy to buy things sight unseen! You can simply return the unused panniers within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

You must obtain a Return Authorization Number prior to returning the item(s)
for refund, exchange or repair(s). To obtain a Return authorization number you can contact our customer service at 1-888-592-7535 or by email at info@arkel-od.com.

Repairs

Item(s) being returned for repair(s) must be reasonably cleaned.
If not there will be an extra charge of $20.00 to have them sent to the cleaners before commencing repair(s). Normal turn around time for repairs is 6 to 8 weeks, this includes the time for shipping, and processing the repair(s).

If you feel like telling us why you are returning them, we'd appreciate it. We like to improve our products!
